These Terms of Service apply when you visit the Mahveen Studio website, create an account or place an order. By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked on the store. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Store services

Our online store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to display products and accept orders. Your contract for the purchase of Mahveen Studio products is with Mahveen Studio, subject to applicable law.

Eligibility and account information

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract in your location. Information supplied at checkout or through an account must be current, complete and accurate. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours can appear differently because of lighting, photography and screen settings. Hand embroidery, embellishment, print placement and other handmade details may vary slightly between pieces. Measurements and dimensions may also have small production tolerances.

Prices, payment and order acceptance

Prices and available payment methods are shown during checkout. Shipping, taxes, duties and other charges are displayed where the system can calculate them. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order because of a pricing error, payment problem, suspected fraud, product unavailability, shipping restriction or another reasonable operational issue. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

Custom-made orders

Custom-made orders are produced using the measurements and options supplied by the customer. Production normally takes about two to three weeks before dispatch. Custom-made, made-to-measure, altered and personalised suits cannot be returned for change of mind. The Custom-Made and Sizing Policy forms part of these terms.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Our Shipping and Delivery, Return and Refund, and Order Changes and Cancellations policies form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless applicable law states otherwise. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Website use

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and information. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, transmit harmful code, copy store content for commercial use, or use the website in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.

Intellectual property

The website's photographs, product designs, text, graphics, logos and other original material belong to Mahveen Studio or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, sold, republished or used commercially without written permission, except where the law permits.

Third-party services and links

The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, couriers, social platforms and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third-party website that we do not control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mahveen Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a delayed delivery. Our responsibility for a product order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected item, except where the law does not allow that limitation. We do not exclude responsibility for fraud, deliberate misconduct or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services, legal duties or store operations change. The version published on the website applies from its stated effective date. Changes will not remove rights that have already arisen under an accepted order.
